Payment:

Payment is currently accepted online via Paypal, in cash (face to face only) or by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to The Cloth Nappy Co.

Delivery:

We aim to deliver all orders within 14 working days of receiving the order, most orders will arrive much sooner than this.

If an item is likely to take any longer you will be notified at the time of ordering & we will keep you posted on likely delivery times. At this point you will have the right to cancel or amend your order.

Delivery Charges:

Where an at-home demonstration has taken place delivery of all orders is £4.99.

Where no at-home demonstration has taken place, delivery charges are as follows:

£1.99 – Orders under £49

£3.99 – Orders £50 - £99

FREE – Orders over £100

Local customers are very welcome to opt-out of delivery & can arrange to collect orders at a mutually convenient time.

Delivery is currently available in the UK only.

Refunds & Exchanges:

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to exchange or refund items returned in as new condition within 14 days of receipt of goods (excl. P & P).

It is advisable that you only wash a small number of your nappies until you are certain that you are happy with your purchase. Once washed, nappies can no longer be returned. (This does not affect your statutory rights)

Data Protection:

The Cloth Nappy Co. does not disclose personal data to third other than those strictly required to complete the sales process (e.g. courier company). From time to time we may wish to contact you with news & information that we think would be of interest. If you would prefer not to receive such contact please e-mail info@theclothnappyco.co.uk with the phrase ‘opt-out’ in the subject line.
